During the 2019 Science Week, Ruth and I announced our support of $4m to Melbourne University’s Science Gallery Melbourne.
As we kick off 2020, it was fantastic to see the University of Melbourne Science Gallery, has made it onto Museum + Gallery Advisor’s list of top galleries and museums to look out for in 2020. ‘”… the University of Melbourne will launch the first and only Australian branch of the international Science Gallery network. The Gallery will open in conjunction with Melbourne Connect, the University’s new innovation precinct.”

Science Gallery Melbourne is to be part of the acclaimed global network of Science Galleries helping inspire young people to be more engaged in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths (STEAM).
Science Gallery Melbourne will be a living laboratory for exhibitions and ideas. Part experiment, part exhibition, the Gallery’s programs will connect, engage and showcase the work of artists, scientists, researchers, industry and a global network of collaborators.
